Email and phone are always top on the list for most employees. Any time spent without these tools can be excruciating. We are experts in migrating email and telephone.

All migration stages are planned for minimal impact on employee productivity. You have a business to run and a job to do; technology upgrades or migrations shouldn't interfere with that.

Managing an environment works best when we have all our tools in place, but this does not have to happen all at once. By default, our client onboarding spans a few months, allowing for careful implementation with the fewest interruptions.
Thorough investigations.
A big part of our onboarding process is information gathering. We document many aspects of the technology environment including new user checklists, workstation checklists, network maps, firewall configuration, server roles, cloud configuration, business workflow processes, and more.
So, the transition will be perfect, right? That's the goal, but no company is perfect. If the project throws us a curveball, we'll make it right. For us, pride does not stand in the way of progress.
In-house IT
Maybe your company has an internal IT staff. Good news - FIT plays well with others.
We’re proud to offer non-threatening supplemental IT management. Retain internal management where tasks align with their skills; outsource the rest to FIT. Our customized and flexible solutions can fill the gaps in whatever way works best for your company. If this evolves over time due to increased education or change in staff, that is great, too.
